Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount payable will then be displayed and can be paid via bank link or other payment solutions.

The contract becomes valid once the payable amount has been received in the Webshop’s bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to unavailability or for other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be received.

Delivery
Products are shipped within Estonia By separate agreement, delivery to Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania is also possible.

The buyer bears the shipping costs, which are displayed with the chosen delivery method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia usually arrive at the buyer’s specified destination within 3–7 business days from the contract’s validity.

In exceptional cases, the delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.

If the Webshop has informed the buyer via the website or order confirmation about delivery issues and a period exceeding 30 calendar days, the Webshop’s stated deadline applies.

Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the online purchase contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered product must not be used for purposes other than checking its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as allowed when testing goods in a physical store.

If the product has been used for other purposes or shows signs of use or wear, the Webshop has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the product’s decreased value.

To return a product, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form and send it to the Webshop’s email address within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal form will be sent to the customer by email through customer support upon the customer’s request.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the product, except when the return is due to the product being different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the product was handed over to the carrier within this period.

The Webshop will refund all payments received under the contract without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Webshop may withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or until the buyer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer explicitly chose a delivery method different from the Webshop’s cheapest standard delivery option, the Webshop is not obliged to refund any additional costs exceeding the standard delivery cost.

The Webshop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product if the product price in the Webshop was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
